PAPARUA COUNTY COUNCIL’ TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953 PROPOSED CHANGE UNDER SECTION 29 TO THE DISTRICT SCHEME (PAPARUA AND HALSWELL SECTIONS) WHICH BECAME OPERATIVE ON AUGUST 1, 1974 Public notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution of the Paparua County Council made on the 6th day of December 1976, the Council has resolved to initiate a change to the Operative District Scheme under Section 29 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953. CHANGE NO. 10—Pursuant to requirements of the Minister of Works and Development under Section 21 (7) of the Act, designate land as follows:— 1. An area on the western side of State Highway No. 75, opposite Michaels Road, Tai Tapu to be shown as “Road Widening.” (Planning Map Sheet H 6). 2. At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection, and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the County Clerk in writing within the period of which public notice will be given.
