Pole sent home for spying
PA Copenhagen. An expulsion order for espionage has been servedagainst the First Secretary of! the Polish Embassy in Copen-1 hagen, Mr Wiktor Kiryczenko.j and he must leave Denmark! by the end of this month. The Foreign Ministry said Danish Intelligence had proof: of Mr Kiryczenko’s spying. Mr Kiryczenko is also' Polish Consul in Copenhagen.! Superintendent Joergen Bro! of the Danish Security Police! said that the Foreign Minis-1 try' had ordered the police not! to’ reveal any’ details about! the case.
“Total silence on the whole case has been requested,” he said, “and it will be a long time before details can be given about the Polish Consul’s illegal activities.”
