The Christchurch Community Volunteers’ Leisure Week activities today are:— 10 a.m.-l p.m.—Beach treasure hunt (assemble at South Brighton Surf Club). 10.30 a.m.-3.30 p.m.—“Fun land games” at Latimer (Square. . 10.30 a.m.—Botanic Gardens wildlife tour. I 11 a.m.—Children’s story I hour at Canterbury Public Library. TOMORROW 10.30 a.m.-3.30 p.m.—“Fun and games” at Latimer Square. 10.30 a.m. and 2 p.m.—City tour of historic places (assemble outside Canterbury Museum). ( 11 a.m.—Children’s story (hour at Canterbury Public ( Library. 6 p.m.—Community hangi at 3 Kinnaird Place. (50c a head or $2 a family). 8 p.m.-10.30 p.m.—“Singalong” folk concert at Canterbury Museum lecture theatre. ($2 a person over 15.)
