There is a stage in childhood. for most people, when they suddenly become aware that there is much more to nature than they had realised. ‘ In its final programme for 1976. “Country Calendar” (TVI tomorrow night)
has tried lo recapture and share this feeling with Sarah Reynolds (above) a Wellington girl Together with Tom Walker of Christchurch, she discovers some of the simple truths of nature in “Of Summer’s Gold.”
