(NZPA London I Mrs Cynthia Nolan, the (wife of the Melbourne-born (artist, Sidney Nolan, has died lin London, the “Evening Standard” reported, Mrs Nolan, who was in her ! early sixties, married the iartist in 1948. An accompllished author, she wrote four I books — two on her travels (in China and New’ Guinea, one about her experiences as a student nurse, and another I about her travels and experiences in the United States, I where the Nolans lived for a I year.
The “Evening Standard” said Mr Nolan and his stepdaughter had moved from their home in Putney, South London, to a large hotel in the city for privacy and quiet.
