PA Wellington An order prohibiting publications of any conversation between a constable and a man he had questioned, and' who was subsequently | charged with murder, was! made by Mr C. P. Monaghan, S.M., in the Wellington; Magistrate’s Court yester-' 'day. i When the taking of depos-| iitions ended, Uili Soi, aged 22, line assembler, pleaded not guilty to the murder of William Te Hoari Kohere at Wellington on October 23. The Magistrate, finding a prima facie case had been established, committed Soi for trial in the Supreme Court at Wellington at the session beginning on November 29. The police called 21 witnesses, and the senior defence counsel (Mr M. A. Bungay) reserved the defence.
