Hang-gliding accident
A Wellington youth admit- | ted to the Christchurch Hospital after a hang-gliding acI cident at Mount Hutt on j Saturday was reported last evening in a comfortable condition. He is Philip Kelliher, aged 19, who suffered severe arm injuries when be lost control of his glider and struck a] vehicle parked in the Mount: Hutt car-park. The glider narrowly missed a power pole before crashing into the rear of a| ’Land-Rover owned by Mr! (and Mrs H, Cooney, of| ’Methven.
