QUIET MARKET FIRMS
Prices were firmer in quieter ordinary trading on New Zealand stock exchanges yesterday. A special sale of 114,500 Winstone shares greatly increased the day’s total. A large parcel of McKenzies shares also changed hands. In spite of the rally over the last two days the market was down for the week.
