Industry land passed in
Nearly half an acre of industrially-zoned land in Addington, failed to reach its reserve of §30,000 at auction last week. This was $2OOO less than Government valuation, according to the auctioneers, Sherris and Robertson, Ltd. The 75-perch section, at 82 Torrens Road, is in three titles, and includes a modem bungalow and three-bay garage.
