15 All Blacks in team
PA Masterton Fifteen past or present All Blacks have been named in Grant Batty’s XV to play the Greytown President’s Centennial XV in a festival rugby match at Greytown on October 16. Batty’s team, which will play in a match to climax the Greytown Rugby Club’s eenntenial year, includes 11 members of the side which recently returned from South Africa. Batty’s XV is: Fergie McCormick (Canterbury), Terry Mitchell (Canterbury), Bruce Robertson (Counties). Grant Batty (Bay of Plenty, Lyn Jaffray (Otago), John Dougan (Wellington), Lyn Davis (Canterbury), Andy Leslie (Wellington), Bob Barber (Southland), Brian Lochore (WairarapaBush), Frank Oliver (Southland), Kevin Eveleigh (Manawatu), Kent Lambert (Manawatu), Graeme Crossman (Bay of Plenty), Perry Harris (Manawatu).
