Kaiapoi run double

The New Brighton secondseason runner, Trevor Parry, scored an outstanding double in the Kaiapoi to Christchurch 10-mile inter-club race on Saturday. Parry was first veteran (over 40) home — and over-all winner. The race attracted a record of more titan 200. Mel Radcliffe (New Brighton) took fastest time by only a second from the veteran lover 401 runner, John Macdonald. New Brighton won the team’s race. Results:— T. Parry (N. 8. 70:24, 1; A.
