of the day; continuing mild. Buller. Westland: Fresh northerlies; a period of widespread rain this morning, easing to showers during the afternoon; moderate temperatures. Canterbury: Moderate to fresh north-easterlies about the coast this morning, with variable winds inland, overcast, with rain becoming widespread; cooler Outlook: Unsettled. with some rain.
