You’ll do better sowing less seed with more time spent on liming, manuring and cultivation. $ $ $ Never water unless you soak the soil at least a foot down. Light sprinkling only brings the roots to the surface and does more harm than good. <•< # * Do not sow seed on top of freshly dug in green stuff. Nutrients in the soil are used by bacteria in the decaying process and are not available for seedlings. * * * Do sow quick maturing vegetables a little and often.
