Aircraft display at Wigram
Battle of Britain Week in Christchurch this week will be marked with a static display near the main gates at Wigram. and two church services next Sunday Ttxlaj, Thursday and i Friday the public will be able to see the full range iof aircraft in use at Wigram. iJust inside the main gates 'between 10 a.nt. and 4.30 Ip m. each day an Airtrainer, i la Devon, a Harvard, an Air | tourer, and Iroquois and Sioux helicopters will be on display. A Strikemaster from Ohakea. on which pilots receive their final training before graduating, will be flying at Wigram this week but will not be open to the public. There will also be a static display of motor vehicles, including a newly delivered $64,000 crane.
