Stabbing in Linwood

The police were combing parts of Linwood early this morning after a stabbing incident near the Linwood Post Office in Stanmore Road just before 1 a.m. A person was taken to Christchurch Hospital suffering from knife wounds, but neither his name nor condition was immediately available.
