Four of the people concerned came from two games. The first concerned the Kaiapoi I senior third grade team, which was suspended last week aftei ’ leaving the field early in its match against Halswell. Kaiapoi team and club officials appealed before the meeting, and the up-shot was that Frank Rey- ' no Ids, captain-coach of the team. ■ was suspended for three weeks. I Craig Cox, who was identified as the Kaiapoi player ordered off lin the build-up to the walk-off. ] was suspended from all football until he appears before the board. The Kaiapoi team was also barred from travelling this season. I Two Hornby 19\ ear-old players were sent off in their match j against Linwood by Mr D. Wilson. Chris Towart used foul language to the referee, continued I after being told to stop by the referee, and after being ordered i off, pushed Mr Wilson in the . chest.

S Summers is the first member I of the Ashley club to be chosen I for a representative team.
