NZPA Wellington The Prime Minister (Mr MuMoon) has taken on a punishing schedule embracing Parliamentary proreedings, the National Party conferee.. and the South Pacific Forum at Nauru. He was in Partiament throughout the sittings which lasted until about 2 on Wednesday and I nunday mornings, but left the chamber shortly after midnight on Thur<
day night to gel suiue rest, before returning about 7-30 am. yesterday. By 10 a.m. he was in the air, flying to Rotorua for an 'engagement to speak to the National Party’s Maori advisory committee and yesterday afternoon he was at the National ra srty conference opening. Last evening he attended an opening-night reception. The conference will continue today, and tonight there will be a “leader’s
rauy ” at the Rotorua sports ground — a function planned to give the party a special opportunity to cheer its leader. I omorrow Mr Muldoon will fly from Auckland to Nauru, where the forum meeting will be held next week. rhe Prime Minister has forecast he will present the Budget to Parliament on Thursday, but he is not due back in Wellington from Nauru until that afternoon.
