Strong entry for rich C.J.C. races

Idunno, brilliant winner of the Wellington Steeplechase on July 10. is one of 29 jumpers entered for the (15,500 Grand National Steeplechase at Riccarton on August 7. There is a heavy entry of big North Island winners for the $12,250 Winter Cup, but none of them—and they include Shifnal Chief. Entice, Heidsieck, Kenann. and Wellineas—will be a greater attraction than the great Otago mare Show Gate, which will be attempting a comeback after an injury.
