Materials and machinery: Members undertake to provide good quality materia! and equipment, and that all equipment is properly ■ maintained. Price fixing: Members! undertake when tendering; for contracts, to eschew i any form of price fixing or collusion.
Termination of agreements: Members will in- i elude in all agreements! precise and clearly defined conditions relating to termination of such agreements.
Employment of clients’ labour: Members will guarantee not to engage any of their clients’ labour without their prior approval. Arbitration in disputes: A member in dispute with his client will submit to arbitration by the Federation if the client so requests. ■F—a—■
