NZPA-Reuter Nairobi More than 2000 Ugandan troops have mutinied against the regime of President Idi Amin and are preparing to battle with loyalist forces, according to a Kenyan newspaper. United Press International reports. In a story published yesterday, the “Daily Nation’’ said: “Two battalions have refused to take orders from Kampala since Sunday .. . and the mutiny is spreading.” It said the mutinous troops had dug bunkers and foxholes around their barracks in anticipation of a counter-attack by troops loyal to President Amin.
