FA Auckland A meeting of officials of the 15 unions attempting to negotiate the collective agreements for the pulp and paper industry decided in Auckland to seek their employers’ interpretation of the Government Wag; Adjustment Regulations The advocate and spokesman for the combined unions, ' Mr J. F. Taylor, said the preliminarv meeting with X.Z. Forest Products and the Tasman Pulp and Paper Company would clarify the latest amendment to the regulations before the parties began to negotiate “After that, there will be a meeting of delegates from all the mills, in Rotorua on July 26, to review the situation as it will then stand.’’ said Mr Taylor. Pulp and paper mill i workers in Kawerau. mean-; while, yesterday concluded' their sixth 24-hour strike ini protest against the regulations. It is planned to continue the rolling strike next i week.
