Vaccine not ordered
PA Wellington No bulk order for swine Influenza vaccine had been placed, the Minister of Health (Mr Gill) said in reply to a Parliamentary question. The epidemiology advisory committee of the Board of Health had decided, after reviewing all the evidence available, that it would not recommend the use in New Zealand of monovalent (single strain) swine influenza vaccine at present, the Minister said.
