County changes
Mr B. 1.. .Mooar (left), has been appointed Countv Clerk to the Paparua Countv Council from November I, and Mr G. R. Head (right), will, from the same date, take over from Mr Mooar as deputy countv clerk. Their appointments, confirmed by the council at its meeting last evening, will coincide with t'ie retirement of the County Manager (Mr A. Kelly). Mr Mooar came to Papa-
rua from the Heathcote County Council’s staff 10 years ago. Arrangements will be made for him to go next year to the Canberra College of Advanced Education to take its twomonth senior management course. Mr Head, who is now the council's administrative officer, also came to Paparua from Heathcote, about a year ago, but had had earlier clerical experience at Paparua.
