A total of 281,700 shares was traded on New Zealand stock exchanges yesterday, 384,220 fewer than on Friday. Industrial issues totalled 277,600 (664,800 on Friday), and 4100 mining and oil shares were traded (1100 on Friday). A total of 95 New Zealand issues was traded.
