Oil embargo warning

A United States Federal Energy Administrator (Mr F. Zarb) warned there would eventually be a new and much more serious Arab oil embargo involving nationwide power cuts, Agence France Presse reported. Mr Zarb said the United States had little power to stop the Arabs jacking up oil prices or imposing a new embargo. “The countries that produce oil for the most part have very few people.
