Skelton was suspended tor one riding day after being found guilty of careless rid ing in the Hawke's Bay Challenge Stakes. According to the judicial report of the Hawke's Bax Jockey < lub. iSkeiton. on Grey Wax. caused interference to Blue Blood (Jim Walken loom from the finish. | Skelton was also fined Sob for causing minor inter ference to Halfax a while rid ing Alpha Ale at a point |6oom from the finish of the Hstings Cup. Placings m both races were unaltered
