City Realties steady

The results of City Realties, Ltd, in the six months to December 31 showed no variation from the profit level recorded in the year to June 30, 1975, the directors say in a half-yearly report.

However, because of the expansion in the company’s property holdings as from January, 1976, and the subsequent capital changes which are now complete, the result for the first six months is no longer significant in relation to the company’s present financial situation, they say. It is expected that the profit for the year to June 30 will be sufficient to cover a dividend of 10 per cent, which' was the rate referred to in the prospectus filed for the issue of the $300,000 secured convertible stock. This issue was fully subscribed and is accordingly proceeding to allotment.
