True Averil for stud
The Fallacy horse. True Averil, winner of the 1971 New Zealand Cup, will stand next season at the Willowmere Stud of D. J. and K. D. Townley at Winslow. True Averil has two-year-olds as his oldest progeny racing, and several of them have shown much promise. Colonel Clarry. sold at a big price earlier in the season, has been successful several times in Australia where he is highly rated. True Averil will join the American-bred horse. Nevele Bigshot, at Willowmere Stud.
