Hygiene course
A food-hygiene course run jointly by Lincoln College and the Christchurch Technical Institute will be repeated this year. The course, which was held for the first time last year.) is designed and run by Dr J. Sumner, of Lincoln College. It includes lectures and. demonstrations by inspectors from the Department of Health and the Christchurch City Council. An examination set by the Trade Certification Board is held at the end of it, and ■ successful candidates are awarded a certificate in food hygiene.
