Titirangi farm in Pelorus | Sound has been bought! ■ by the Government, and ; will be added to the Marlborough Sounds! Maritime Park. The 900-hectare property j was bought from Mr W. H. Paterson, and the Lands and Survey Department will continue to farm it. There are 272 hectares of well-managed farm, and the rest is steep hill country, mostly in native pasture and bracken fem, but with a stand of eight hectares of kohekohe. The property is in the outer reaches of Pelorus Sound, about 125 km north of Blenheim, and has an attractive and safe beach.
