Glen Colwyn Estate, a store sheep and cattle grazing property at Parnassus. was sold at auction vesterdav for $160,000. Of 1416 ha (3500 acres). J t was offered on account of the estates of D. G. and J. F. Macfarlane. Glen Colwyn is mainly hill country, with about 350 acres of flats and easy downs. Last year it wintered 2800 Corriedale sheep, ad 230 cattle. Run as a store stock unit, it is considered to have good potential for increased stock numbers, with further subdivision, topdressing, and over-sowing. _Ruildings on the property
