Land expects better result

In the last, full year profit was $123,384. and in the previous year $185,505. All sectors of the company’s activities are pro- : gressing satisfactorilx. the 'directors say. A good balance has been achieved between in-, vestment, development, and: management activities, and Ihe company has adequate cash reserves to finance ira- ' mediate plans. The. wholly-owned subsidiary. New Zealand Land Securities .Management. Ltd, is now working efficiently! and profitably. The company was appointed, by agreement. as manager of various property investment funds formerly managed by Circuit. Managements, Ltd, (in liquidation). s . By the end of the financial ’ year it. will make a worth--3 while contribution to the group’s total profit, after recovering establishment costs 5 and the loss incurred in ' its ■first year of operation, rhe directors say.
