Control laws for bikies
( .V.Z. Press Association i WELLINGTON. March 18. Changes in legislation which will be aimed at assisting the police to deal with bikies were agreed to by a; Cabinet committee which considered the issue at a meeting today. The committee met this afternoon. The chairman, the [Minister of Justice (Mr Thom-' son) said it had agreed on the changes which should be made. He declined to detail what these changes would bed
