MARKET BEARISH IN QUIETER TRADING AGAIN

Investors were bearish in quieter trading again on New Zealand stock exchanges yesterday.. Dailv volume A total of 232.700 shares was traded on New Zealand exchanges yesterday. 80.800 fewer than on Wednesday. Industrial issues totalled 224,700 (310.900 on Wednesday), and 8000 mining and oil shares were traded (2600 on Wednesday). A total of 116 New Zealand issues was traded. Brew 7,600 Winstohe 7,400 Court approval The Supreme Court of Victoria has approved the scheme of arrangement, for Great Boulder to become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Western Mining Corporation, Ltd. All the issued shares of Great Boulder (other than those held by Westminer Investments Proprietary, Ltd) will be cancelled, and shareholders will receive one new share in W.M.C. for every two Great Boulder shares held.
