THE WINNING PICTURE, “Ice Cool Wendy,” was taken by Mr Alec Woodward, of Lincoln, on 35mm colour transparency film at one thousandth of a second with an Asahi Pentax camera. The model with the long locks is his 14-year-old daughter, Wendy. The picture was taken at Lake Heron.
