The music for “Readv to
I Roll” will be taken largely from the top 40. It is expected to appeal to the 10 to 19-year-old group and there will be a ciear definition between it and the latenight music programme, “Grunt Machine.” Roger Gascoigne will front the show again this year, advising on chart movements, conducting brief interviews and presenting pop competitions.
