Bank swimming to National

The National Bank’s men’s team of Don Harliwich. Miles Bandy, Tony Betty and John Davidson, won the inter-bank swimming relay at the St Albans pool this week. The competition among the five banks in the men's relay dates back to 1913. The Bank of New South ; Wales finished second, with the Australia and New Zealand Bank third. The Comimercial Bank of Australia land the Bank of New South Wales could not be separated in the women’s race. . National Bank was third. The winning teams were: JC.B.A.: S. Wilson, J. Me(Manus. L. McNeill. S. Watts. Bank of N.S.W.: J. Bruce. S. iGallagher. G. Goodwille. S. Watson.
