Conspiracy charges
Four persons have been chai god with conspiring with one another to give misleading information about the driver a car involved in a fatal accident in October.
They appeared beioie Mr F. G Paterson S.M.. in the Magis Date's Court yesterday.
The defendants, two women, aged 26 and 30, and two mtn, aged 26 and 32. were each ie manded on bail to March 18 for the taking of depositions On charges of causing death bv careless use of a car. failing to report an accident, and failing to assist an injured person, the woman aged 30 was remanded to the same date.
