Thailand has 67,500 refugees
tX Z. Press Assn—Copyright) BANGKOK. There are now 67.500 IndoChinese refugees in Thailand, an increase of about 6000 in the last three months. The Thai Ministery of the Interior says that refugees from Laos. Cambodia and Vietnam continue to flee into Thailand, in spite of the fact that the Thai Government recently said that it would begin to treat them as illegal entrants and arrest them on arrival. The bulk of the refugees — more than 57.200 — have! come from Laos, while about 9800 are Cambodians and the remainder. Vietnamese.
