Shop again burgled
The Catholic Shop in Chancery Lane was burgled on Tuesday night for the second time in two weeks.
Thieves entered the shop soon after midnight by breaking a glass pane] in the front door.
They escaped with a number of medals, chains, crucifixes, candles and other religious items, valued at about $l5O.
The burglars also upended display cases and poured ink over a pile of children's books. Crosses and chains worth more than $lOO were stolen J when the shop was last broken into, two weeks ago.
