Naylor Love Construction. Ltd. has purchased the entire shareholding in McLel;lans (Invercargill). Ltd. a 'private company which was engaged in the construction industry in Southland. In the last few years •| however. McLellans’ activity I has decreased and it is Nay■i lor Love's intention to reivive it. Settlement is being ; effected on a cash-and-loan ' basis.
