The Manson cultist, Sandra Good, has demanded that United States District Judge Thomas Macßride disqualify himself from her case because he presided at the trial of her former roommate, the would-be Presidential assassin. Lynette Fromme. Good, who is 31, made the demand at her arraignment on charges that she made threats of violence in telephone calls to a newspaper and three radio stations. She and a Manson “family” associate, Susan Murphy, aged 33. are also charged with conspiring to mail 171 deaththreat letters to business and Government leaders
