More than 150 people attended the 49th South Island W.E.A. Summer School which ended at Arthur’s Pass yesterday. This was a 50 per cent increase on recent years, the director of the school (Mr H. Mclntosh, chairman of the U.N.E.S.C.O. working party on mass, media. sport and inter-i national understanding.
