Guerrillas have freed the German production manager of the Mercedes Benz subsidiary in Buenos Aires, Embassy and police sources said. He was the last foreigner known to be in terrorist hands. The executive, Franz Metz, was freed this week after a secret accord between the company and the Left-wing Peronist Montoneros who kidnapped him on October 24 during a labour dispute, the sources said.
