Bid to enter Timor fails

(N.Z. Press Association WELLINGTON, Jan. 2 ' Two of the four doctors in a New Zealand Red Cross team have returned home after waiting for a week in Darwin for permission to enter Timor. They are Dr Alistait Grant, of New Plymouth, 'and Dr John Roper, of Murupara, who will remain on stand-by for a clearance from the Government in Timor. The New Zealand Red (Cross has received no information so far on when the doctors might be allowed 'entry.
