A New Orleans man, 'Stopped to help at the scene! of a traffic accident on a ibridge, fell through a hole ini j a damaged guard-rail, and! plunged 200 feet to his death.! The driver of the car in-! volved had suffered only I minor injuries in the acci-i dent.—New Orleans.
