Browned hash is one of the easiest and quckest ways of using left-over cooked meat. This recipe, which makes enough tor four servings, is very’ tasty when served with ketchup or a sauce of vour choice You will need:— ’ 2 cups minced cooked meat, or very small cubes i cup raw potato, cut into small cubes 1 medium size onion, minced or grated Salt, Pepper, Celery salt I teaspoon mixed herbs Method: Combine al! ingredients and turn into a well-greased fry-pan Cook over medium to low heat until a crust forms on the bottom, turn it over and brown the other side Stir from time to time to allow it to brown throughout. Shortly before it i> cooked, pat down firmly with a spat ala or fish slice n form an unbroken cake. It requires sbput , hour to an hour to cook
