Anti-litter campaign
Two major events in the anti-litter campaign next sear will be a “Tidy Up Week” in October and a "Clean New Zealand Dav” on October 2
There will also be a project called "Community Pride." according to the chairman of the New Zealand Litter Control Council (Mr E C Marrisi. This will include other community activities besides litter prevention. The council was "greatly encouraged" by the number of peonle who supported its campaign during 1975. said Mr Marris. However, he had a final word for those on holidav: "Please take your leavings when you take your leave ’’
