MARKET DAYS

The weekly Addington markets have come to a close for the year. Twoday sales will resume in the New Year, with all prime stock, store and dairy cattle being offered on Tuesday, January 6, and all store sheep 'on Wednesday, January 7. Regular two-day sales will continue throughout the summer and autumn.

In Canterbury freezing works will cease killing for the holidays at midday next Wednesday and they will resume again on January 5.
