ACCIDENT INJURIES DECREASE
The number of road accident victims and injury accidents attended by the Christchurch St John Ambulance last month was down slightly on the total for November, 1974. Brigadesmen attended 121 motor accidents last month compared with 128 in No vember last year. The number of acciden victims taken to hospital bj ambulance dropped from 19“ in November, 1974. to 16’ last month. Miscellaneous accident: and collapses attended bi the association last montf totalled 262 — an increasi of more than 70 on th< figure for November las year. St John ambuiancemei handled a total of 226! patients last month, com pared with 2437 in Novem her 1974. and Christchurch based ambulances coveret more than 18,600 miles.
